ISPs Should Strongly Consider MANRS to Fight Cybercrime: World Economic Forum Report

A World Economic Forum (WEF) report released today recommends
that Internet Service Providers (ISPs) should strongly consider joining the Mutually
Agreed Norms for Routing Security (MANRS)
initiative
to improve the security of the Internet’s global routing system.

Systemic security issues about
how traffic is routed on the Internet make it a relatively easy target for criminals.
MANRS helps reduce the most common routing threats and increase efficiency and
transparency among ISPs on peering relationships.

Ce concours vise à promouvoir la recherche des jeunes chercheur(e)s du Centre. Les étudiant(e)s sont invité(e)s à soumettre un article sous la thématique de la Justice + changements en lien avec l’un des trois axes de recherches suivants : 

– La régulation symbolique de la justice ; 

– La régulation institutionnelle de la justice et ;

Elle permet à un groupe d’étudiant(e)s aux cycles supérieurs de la Faculté de droit de l’Université de Montréal de bénéficier d’une bourse d’un montant maximal de 1 000 $ dans la préparation et la tenue d’une activité scientifique. 

L’activité visée doit avoir lieu dans le cadre d’un colloque, d’une conférence, d’une table ronde, etc. Elle doit se tenir sur le campus de l’Université de Montréal, à l’hiver 2020.

mit der Hälfte der regelmäßigen Arbeitszeit zu besetzen. Die regelmäßige Arbeitszeit beträgt zurzeit 39 Stunden 50 Minuten wöchentlich. Die Stelle ist auf drei Jahre befristet. Mit dieser Stelle ist die Durchführung eines Promotionsverfahrens verbunden.
