CCAOI and the ISOC Delhi Chapter organised a webinar on February 11 to discuss the comments submitted to the Information Technology [Intermediary Guidelines (Amendment) Rules] 2018, and counter-comments that were due by February 14.
The agenda of the discussion was:

• A brief introduction to the counter comment process [Shashank Mishra]
• Invited stakeholders  comment on key issues and perspectives on the submissions and the points to be countered.

Número de mulheres no Congresso cresceu cerca de 5%Em Brasília realizou-se este mês a posse dos candidatos eleitos nas eleições legislativas de 2018. O pleito foi marcado, dentre outras questões, pelo crescimento da participação feminina no Congresso Nacional. Ao todo, foram eleitas 77 deputadas federais e 7 senadoras, o que representa cerca de 15% do total de legisladores - 5% a mais do que nas eleições de 2014. Esse aumento foi causado pela eleição de 51% a mais de mulheres para a Câmara dos Deputados, já que no Senado o percentual de participação feminino se manteve o mesmo.
