August 2022 mit dem bereits erworbenen Semesterticket und ihrem Personalausweis das Angebot des deutschlandweiten ÖPNV nutzen. Ein Erwerb eines gesonderten Neun-Euro-Tickets ist nicht erforderlich.

不可抗力指的是不能预见、不能避免且不能克服的客观情况。界面新闻注意到,自新冠疫情发生以来,不少企业宣称因疫情及相应的防控措施不能正常履行合同。界面新闻记者检索中国裁判文书网发现,自2020年1月23日至今,共有3639篇合同纠纷文书中提及“新冠疫情不可抗力”,涉及商品房预售合同、房屋租赁合同、服务合同、建筑工程合同等类别。

那么,新冠疫情及其防控措施是否属于法律规定的不可抗力?对此,2020年2月10日,全国人大常委会法工委相关负责人在记者会上表示,新冠疫情属于突发公共卫生事件,对于因疫情防控措施不能履行合同的当事人来说,属于不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的不可抗力。因不可抗力不能履行合同的,根据影响,部分或者全部免除责任。

Alumna Ghafoor ist Psychologin. Von 2014 bis 2019 hat sie an der Universität Würzburg bei Professor Paul Pauli und Professor Stefan Schulz am Institut für Psychologie promoviert; derzeit arbeitet sie als Assistenzprofessorin an der Riphah International University in Islamabad.
