2022年5月25-26日,俄国财政部金融研究所国际金融研究中心、国立人文学术大学数字技术法律研究中心、圣彼得堡大学联合主办的”变化世界的中俄伙伴关系国际会议“举行,会议主题是中国与俄国数字经济法治的现状、挑战与未来发展。
薛虹教授受主办方邀请,作为第一论坛”中俄数字化的法律挑战“的第一位主题发言嘉宾,以”中国数字经济中数字安全与利用的法律规范“为题,介绍了我国网络安全法、数据安全法、个人信息保护法的立法经验,分析了主要的法律制度及创新,结合现实案例,预测未来我国法律的发展趋势。薛教授还回答了主办方关于中国个人信息保护法律与欧盟统一数据保护条例的异同的提问。薛教授的主题演讲得到了主办方的高度肯定。

UNESCO World Higher Education Conference: Building a digitally ready education system with a bioethical framework – the new normal
Portulans Fellow Claudia Fini and Senior Fellow Anil Nair produced a policy brief for the 2022 UNESCO World Higher Education Conference in collaboration with Alberto Garcìa Gomez from the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics and Human Rights, and Nadejda Komendantova of IIASA.
The brief, titled “Building a digitally ready education system with a bioethical framework – the new normal”, highlights the timely need to foster digital literacy skills in higher education institutions and provides a model of digital education structured through a bioethical framework.
Subventions de la Fondation du Barreau à des chercheurs du CRDP
Aujourd’hui, la Fondation du Barreau vient de rendre public le résultat d’un concours de subventions, et ce, dans le cadre d’un reliquat de recours collectif. Aussi, parmi les huit projets financés, 4 proviennent de chercheurs du CRDP, deux provenant de chercheurs réguliers (Vincent Gautrais et Pierre Noreau) et deux de chercheurs collaborateurs (Stéphane Bernatchez et Maya Cachecho)).
