L’intelligence artificielle et les dangers qu’elle soulève occupent une grande partie de l’actualité politique et médiatique ces derniers temps, notamment à la suite de la sortie de ChatGPT. Ce billet de blog a pour but de mettre en lumière un autre dérivé de l’intelligence artificielle, mais non pas moins important et problématique : les deepfakes.

Energie ist der Schlüssel des Lebens. Seit Jahrzehnten versuchen Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler, den Zusammenhang zwischen verfügbarer Energie und der Artenvielfalt in Ökosystemen zu entschlüsseln.
Dabei zeigen sich eindeutige Zusammenhänge. So sind zum Beispiel Ökosysteme mit höherem Energieeintrag, etwa durch stärkere Sonneneinstrahlung in Nähe des Äquators, mit einer größeren Artenvielfalt ausgestattet. Aber Ökosysteme beziehen ihre Energie nicht ausschließlich direkt von der Sonne. Energie kann auch chemisch gespeichert sein, etwa in Ressourcen wie Holz.

The ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making and Society (ADM+S) annual symposium is now open for registrations. The ADM+S will share their latest findings and map out future agendas for research on AI and automation in news, media and entertainment.
The symposium will be hosted at the University of Sydney Law School, Camperdown, NSW from 13 to 14 July with the option to join virtually.

April 2023, geleitet von Weizenbaum-Direktor Christoph Neuberger und Christian Strippel, dem Leiter des WI-Methodenlabs, wurde das Programm erfolgreich gestartet.
