Lo primero, es plantearse un objetivo claro antes de iniciar o reiniciar alguna rutina de ejercicios y considerar una dieta alimenticia equilibrada, rica en frutas y verduras para complementar las horas de deporte. Por otra parte, los especialistas aconsejan nunca sobre exigirse y hacerlo de manera progresiva, variando los ejercicios a realizar. También llaman a no olvidar que estamos en medio de una pandemia y que hay que mantener las medidas de autocuidado, como el uso de mascarilla y el lavado constante de manos.

Im ersten Semester an der Uni stehen gerade die Lehramtsstudierenden vor einer kniffligen Aufgabe: Sie müssen sich ihren Stundenplan zusammenstellen. Das klingt leicht, ist aber gar nicht so einfach.
„Im Lehramtsbereich gibt es sehr viele Wahlmöglichkeiten. Darum werden kaum zwei Lehramtsneulinge einen identischen Stundenplan haben – sogar dann, wenn sie dieselben Fächer studieren“, sagt Henning Schröder von der Zentralen Studienberatung der Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg (JMU).

Die Alumna hat in Würzburg Indologie studiert, danach hat sie als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin in der Indologie gearbeitet. Aktuell ist Lisa-Marie Reuter als Lektorin für den Arena-Verlag tätig. Außerdem hat sie vor kurzem ihr erstes Buch „Exit this city“ veröffentlicht.

On the third day of the Post-Precarity Autumn Camp, the participants had the chance to get an insight into alternative financial pathways of the digital art world. Geert Lovink of the Institute of Network Cultures gave an introduction to the research network MoneyLab that seeks to explore alternative revenue models, as well as to pose the ever-relevant questions of (re)defining the concept of money, especially in the context of the possibilities and limitations the digital monetary infrastructures provide.

Radiotelescopio ALMA detectó estos dos cuerpos astronómicos formados cerca del origen del universo y que -hasta ahora- estaban ocultos en medio de abundante polvo interestelar. La investigación, en la que participó el astrónomo de la Universidad de Chile, Valentino González, fue publicada en la prestigiosa revista científica Nature y entrega nuevos antecedentes sobre la formación de galaxias.Un equipo internacional de astrónomos descubrió dos galaxias que existieron en un período del universo cercano al Big Bang.

On September 24th Dr. Mintal presented a paper titled “Hide and Seek in Slovakia: Utilizing Tracking Code Data to Uncover Untrustworthy Website Networks”. The paper was jointly prepared by  Jozef Michal Mintal, Michal Kalman, and Karol Fabian
The paper was presented last week during the #MISDOOM symposium, hosted by the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford.

On September 1st our Co-Director Dr. Mintal presented a paper titled “Examining the tech stacks of Czech and Slovak untrustworthy websites” during the International Conference on Communication and Applied Technologies. The research was conducted with the help of our current research internet cohort. It mapped the technologies underlying Czech and Slovak untrustworthy websites and the possible ways of regulating the untrustworthy landscape through these underlying technologies.
