Der „Deutschland-Stack“ ist nicht nur ein technisches Projekt, sondern auch ein Vorhaben an der Schnittstelle von Bundespolitik, föderaler Verwaltung, kommunaler Umsetzung und digitalpolitischer Öffentlichkeit. Daher kommen in der Deutschlandfunk-Hintergrund-Sendung „Der Deutschland-Stack: Alle Behörden auf einer digitalen Plattform“ neben Sabine Pfeiffer auch Vertreterinnen und Vertreter aus Politik, Verwaltung, Zivilgesellschaft und Techbranche zu Wort.

Der renommierte Izatt-Christensen Award 2026 geht an Professor Frank Würthner, Inhaber des Lehrstuhls für Organische Chemie II und Direktor des Zentrums für Nanosystemchemie an der Universität Würzburg. Der Preis gilt als die weltweit prestigeträchtigste Auszeichnung auf dem Gebiet der supramolekularen Chemie.

The Many Faces of Data Access: Legal and Policy Implications for Research

Im Zentrum des vom bidt geförderten Projekts „ROOT“ steht eine digitale Anwendung, die aktuelle Informationen zu Waldveränderungen aus Perspektive von Satelliten direkt verfügbar macht – etwa zu Störungen des Waldes durch Dürre, Sturm oder Schädlingsbefall. Die App „ROOT Forest Monitor“ richtet sich insbesondere an Försterinnen und Förster, Waldbesitzende und weitere Entscheidungsträgerinnen und -träger im Forstbereich – kann aber auch von interessierten Bürgerinnen und Bürgern genutzt werden. Im Rahmen des Abschlussevents zum Projekt wurde die App Ende März im Steigerwald präsentiert.

This year, the Carinthian University Darts Championships were fully booked for the first time. Twelve teams competed for the title. The preliminary round was played in two groups of six. Each darts match consisted of two legs of 301 double-out. Following the preliminary round, the final placings were decided.

It brings together four empirical studies that focus on topics such as leadership, AI, and social capital in the debate on sickness and attendance behavior.

Wie hat sich das Dürrejahr 2022 in Unter- und Oberfranken auf eine bestimmte Hummelart ausgewirkt? Welche Unterschiede zeigen sich zu dem klimatisch durchschnittlichen Jahr 2024? Diesen Fragen ist ein Forschungsteam des Lehrstuhls für Tierökologie und Tropenbiologie (Zoologie 3) der Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg (JMU) nachgegangen. Seine Ergebnisse zeigen, dass Dürrejahre die Kolonieentwicklung deutlich beeinträchtigen: Sowohl Lebensdauer als auch Koloniegewicht und die Produktion von Königinnen und Männchen sind dann stark reduziert.
