This report examines what’s causing commercial rents to skyrocket and explores six broad policy strategies that elected officials and community leaders are proposing to address it.

El crecimiento de la potencia computacional, la disponibilidad de grandes cantidades de datos abiertos y el progreso de los algoritmos han hecho que la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) se convierta en una de las tecnologías más prometedoras y desafiantes del siglo XXI. Sin embargo, varios países de la región de América Latina y el Caribe (ALC) apenas están generando conciencia sobre la importancia de estos desarrollos, y pocos han explorando el desarrollo de  políticas nacionales aplicables a la inteligencia artificial.

startsocial ist ein bundesweiter Wettbewerb zur Förderung des ehrenamtlichen sozialen Engagements und steht seit 2005 unter der Schirmherrschaft von Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel. Die 25 überzeugendsten sozialen Initiativen der 15. Wettbewerbsrunde werden am 3. Juni 2019 bei einer Preisverleihung im Bundeskanzleramt geehrt. Im Jahr 2000 wechselte sie in die Abteilung Physiologische Psychologie am Institut für Experimentelle Psychologie der Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf, habilitierte dort 2011, erhielt die Venia Legendi für das Fach Psychologie und übernahm 2013 die stellvertretende Leitung der Abteilung für Physiologische Psychologie.
