Im ersten Semester an der Uni stehen gerade die Lehramtsstudierenden vor einer kniffligen Aufgabe: Sie müssen sich ihren Stundenplan zusammenzustellen. Das klingt leicht, ist aber gar nicht so einfach.
„Im Lehramtsbereich gibt es sehr viele Wahlmöglichkeiten. Darum werden kaum zwei Lehramtsneulinge einen identischen Stundenplan haben – sogar dann, wenn sie dieselben Fächer studieren“, sagt Henning Schröder von der Zentralen Studienberatung der Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg (JMU).

L’APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) Economic Committee a publié en janvier 2023 son étude de cas intitulée « Study on Best Practices in Using ODR ». Cette étude a pour objectif de détailler les meilleures pratiques pour l’utilisation de l’ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) dans les litiges commerciaux. L’étude de cas de l’APEC mentionne la plateforme PARLe comme un exemple d’outil permettant d’améliorer la résolution de litiges domestiques grâce aux plateformes d’ODR.
