Sometimes a technology development leads to unforeseen problems, which can only be solved afterwards with a lot of effort. Do you remember the "nude scanner" for security checks at airports? Only after the scanners were already in use did it become clear that serious ethical and social aspects were not recognized. The manufacturers had to withdraw their devices and costly retrofit them.   However, there are ways to prevent such unfortunate surprises, which may come to you after market entry.
