Durch die interdisziplinäre Zusammensetzung decken die Sachverständigen die gesamte Bandbreite der Verbraucherthemen im Geschäftsbereich des Bundesministeriums der Justiz und für Verbraucherschutz ab. Die Mitglieder sind von Bundesministerin Dr. Katarina Barley für die Dauer von vier Jahren ernannt und in ihrer Arbeit unabhängig.

In zwei neuen Folgen des ITM-Podcasts ordnen die Wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter der zivilrechtlichen Abteilung Tristan Tillmann und Verena Vogt personalisierte Preise rechtlich ein.
Der zweite Teil dreht sich um Fragen des Wettbewerbs- und Kartellrechts.

Neben 10 beeindruckenden Ehrenamtlern erhielt die studentische Initiative Refugee Law Clinic Düsseldorf der HHU als einer von zwei Vereinen in der Kategorie „Neue Wege des bürgerschaftlichen Engagements“ den Martinstaler. Es stellte zudem das jüngste Projekt an diesem Abend dar. Den Preis nahmen stellvertretend für den gesamten Verein die Vorstandsmitglieder Lea Prehn und Lisa Qashou sowie Gründungsmitglied Lars Wasnick im Rathaus von Oberbürgermeister Thomas Geisel persönlich entgegen.

It will allow any registered cooperative, after following a well-defined and transparent process, to have its own online space to sell its products and manage its business and inventory management activities.

Although there are a large number of rural libraries in Armenia, the majority of them do not have computers or Internet access. Librarians are forced to deal with manual book circulation and lack of management programs. Residents are mostly unaware of the resources housed in the libraries. It became evident that libraries needed a technological shift to break from their current working routines and embrace change.
