L’intelligence artificielle, par les transformations qu’elle entraîne dans les entreprises et sur les marchés, a non seulement des impacts économiques, mais aussi sociaux, notamment en termes de bien-être des individus. Relue à l’aune de l’économie du bonheur, l’IA passerait alors de valeur économique à valeur sociale. D’un point de vue juridique, le droit n’a que peu de rapport avec le bonheur. Encore que, la morale n’est pas loin et, s’agissant de l’IA, l’éthique est présentée comme la meilleure voie possible.

Este 23 de enero falleció a los 103 años de edad el antipoeta y Premio Nacional de Literatura 1969, Nicanor Parra. Titulado en 1937 del Instituto Pedagógico de nuestro plantel, estuvo ligado a la educación superior pública y estatal toda su vida, siendo director interino de la Escuela de Ingeniería y habiendo dictado una cátedra de literatura en la Facultad de Ciencias Físicas y Matemáticas durante 22 años, hasta 1994.

O programa de Mestrado Acadêmico em Direito da Regulação da Escola de Direito do Rio de Janeiro da Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV Direito Rio) realizou no último dia 27 um café da manhã de boas-vindas para os 21 alunos que ingressaram na quinta turma em 2018.
