Acara ini diselenggarakan oleh Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Republik Indonesia (Bawaslu) sebagai bagian dari upaya mereka dalam pencegahan dan pengawasan tahapan penyelenggaraan Pemilihan Serentak tahun 2024.

Acara ini dibuka oleh Ketua dan Anggota Bawaslu RI, Pejabat Struktural Bawaslu RI, serta Tenaga Ahli Bawaslu RI, dan terbagi menjadi tiga kegiatan inti:
