On June 12, 2018, the Internet Society hosted a briefing for Congressional staff on Considerations Regarding Encryption and Exceptional Access. The briefing offered an opportunity for participants to learn more about the technical aspects of encryption, and the risks associated with creating back doors or other technical means for exceptional access.

Il vise à mettre l’intelligence artificielle (IA) au service des justiciables et des acteurs judiciaires afin d’accroître l’accès à la justice. Harmful “data emissions” are leaked into the digital ecosystem, disrupting social institutions and public interests. This article develops a novel framework- data pollution-to rethink the harms the data economy creates and the way they have to be regulated. But as digital products and services have become more secure, some in the law enforcement and intelligence communities have voiced concerns that encryption inhibits their ability to prevent terrorism and prosecute crimes. In diesem Jahr geht das TBK einen Tag länger: Am Mittwoch, 20. Juni 2018, erwarten die Teddydocs Kinder und ihre Kuscheltiere aus Düsseldorfer Flüchtlingsheimen. Insgesamt werden an den vier Tagen über 2.500 Kinder mit ihren Kuscheltieren erwartet.
