Zu diesem feierlichen Anlass hielt Herr Celso Lopez Ramos, Vorsitzender Richter am OLG Hamm, einen Festvortrag zum Thema „Neues vom Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz – Aktuelle Rechtsprechung des 4. Zivilsenates des OLG Hamm“, der den Zuhörern spannende Einblicke in die Spruchpraxis seines Senats gewährte.

Die Hochschullandschaft in Nordrhein-Westfalen bewegt sich im Spannungsfeld zwischen Neuerungen im Landeshochschulgesetz, der NRW-Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und einer stetig wachsenden Dringlichkeit für einen nachhaltigen Wandel. Dies umfasst nicht nur Akteurinnen und Akteure innerhalb der Hochschulen, sondern ebenso in Politik und Zivilgesellschaft. Durch Workshops, Impulsvorträge und interaktive Diskussionsrunden bietet das Dialogforum am 27. Februar Raum, um gruppenübergreifend Lösungen für aktuelle Herausforderungen zu suchen.
