Foi publicada no dia 16 de abril de 2020 no Diário Oficial da União a PORTARIA Nº 395, DE 15 DE ABRIL DE 2020, a mesma prorroga o prazo de 30 (trinta) dias previsto na Portaria nº 343/2020 para que as aulas sejam ministradas através de meios e tecnologias de informação e comunicação.
Sendo assim, a FGV Direito Rio, através do seu Comitê de Gestão de Crise, informa que estenderá suas atividades letivas remotas no prazo de 30 (trinta) dias, em conformidade com a portaria mencionada anteriormente.

Der „Sonderfonds für die Ärmsten der Stadt“ wird von Sabine Tüllmann, Vorstandsvorsitzende der BürgerStiftung, betreut. „Da es ein Sonderfonds ist, gibt es keine Verwaltungskosten. Das Geld geht zu 100 Prozent an die Bedürftigen“, erklärt sie. „Wir konnten schon einigen helfen, doch wird weitere Unterstützung gebraucht. Das merken wir täglich: Uns erreichen viele Anfragen, wie etwa die nach einem Ersatz für die kostenlosen Mittagessen für Schulkinder. Daran arbeiten wir gerade.“

Derzeit gehen weitere Spenden bei der Stiftung ein. Weil viele kostenfreie Angebote momentan wegfallen, werden die Gelder vor allem für Einkaufsgutscheine und Kleidung genutzt. Die Aktion läuft weiter. "Death costs life" - On the concept of general life risk
In its ad hoc recommendation of 27 March, the German Ethics Council addresses, among other things, the question of the limits to which the protection against infection could be subjected and speaks in this context of a "general risk to life" which "must be accepted by everyone". The recommendation leaves open exactly what is meant by this, as it only wants to make it plausible that the protection of human life is "not absolute".
