中国对讲机头部企业海能达，近日遭遇新挫折。2024年4月8日，海能达发布公告称，美国法院判令认定公司未能完全遵守其禁诉令，临时禁止公司在全球范围内销售双向无线电技术的产品，并处以每天100万美元的罚款，直至公司完全遵守禁诉令之时止。新京报贝壳财经记者注意到，4月8日至今，海能达在京东旗舰店的商品已下架，暂无法购买，官网小程序微商城也无法正常打开。

海能达在业内有“中国对讲机之王”和“专网通信小华为”之称，主要从事对讲机终端等设备的研发、生产、销售和服务。2022年度财务数据显示，海能达专业无线通信设备制造业收入占营业收入比重为83.31%，其中双向无线电技术相关产品为业绩贡献的主力军。海能达2023年半年报显示，海外销售金额10.41亿元，占比总营收的46.10%。海能达业绩预告显示，去年归母净利润为6000万元-9000万元，同比减少77.91%-85.28%。扣非净利润6750万元-10000万元，同比增长13.76%-68.53%。公司指出，这主要因为2022年同期处置子公司赛普乐实现投资收益2.87亿元。
