2022年7月22日，中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（贸仲）主办的贸仲知识产权仲裁中心揭牌仪式暨知识产权保护与争议解决研讨会在北京成功举行。中国贸促会会长任鸿斌、中国法学会副会长兼秘书长张鸣起、国家知识产权局副局长卢鹏起现场出席揭牌仪式并致辞，世界知识产权组织（WIPO）及总干事邓鸿森先生的代表中国办事处主任刘华及国际保护知识产权协会（AIPPI）会长Luiz Amaral在揭牌仪式上视频致辞。中国贸促会副会长柯良栋主持了揭牌仪式。

揭牌仪式后举行了知识产权保护与争议解决研讨会。在专题讨论环节，北京师范大学法学院教授薛虹与北京市高级人民法院民三庭法官毛天鹏、中国贸促会专利商标事务所诉讼事业部部长胡刚、贸仲仲裁研究所副主任粟撒和中兴通讯股份有限公司首席许可官童心等研讨嘉宾一起，围绕“知识产权争议的多元化解决——现状与挑战”这一专题，从不同角度进行了深入的交流与探讨。薛教授从二十余年的仲裁实践中，总结了与知识产权有关的仲裁案件的突出特点，即跨国争议多、综合性复杂案件多、小额争议与中心企业争议多。薛教授分析了知识产权地域性特征与仲裁案件法律适用的关系，仲裁范围的法定性与约定性的关系以及如何在无仲裁条款的情况下推定当事人达成仲裁协议等法律问题。

Darin erklären Forschungseinrichtungen mit lebenswissenschaftlicher Ausrichtung, transparent über Tierversuche zu informieren, den öffentlichen Dialog über tierexperimentelle Forschung mitzugestalten sowie untereinander Erfahrungen auszutauschen.

The third annual Rule of Law Report, which was adopted today by the European Commission, defines the Media Pluralism Monitor as “an important source for the Commission’s Rule of Law Reports”. The MPM has been a source of data for the Commission’s report since its first edition in 2020.
