A A4AI é uma coalizão global formada pelas principais empresas de tecnologia, diversos governos e atores da sociedade civil de todo o mundo que possui o objetivo desenvolver políticas necessárias para reduzir o custo de conexão e tornar o acesso universal e acessível à Internet uma realidade para todos.

Today, on Wikipedia’s 19th birthday, the Wikimedia Foundation has received reports that access to Wikipedia in Turkey is actively being restored.* This latest development follows a 26 December 2019 ruling by the Constitutional Court of Turkey that the more than two and a half year block imposed by the Turkish government was unconstitutional.

On December 16, 2019 the Supreme Court denied cert in Ackies v. United States, the ‘precise location’ warrant case from the First Circuit. For reasons I outlined here and here, that appellate court decision was a train wreck of factual misconception and statutory misconstruction.
