En los últimos años, América Latina avanza en la construcción de un ecosistema regulatorio en materia digital, con un número creciente de países alineando sus normativas a estándares internacionales como el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD) de la Unión Europea y estándares globales en ciberseguridad. Sin embargo, aún persisten desafíos en la implementación de estas normativas, en la adopción de mecanismos de cumplimiento, y en el desarrollo de una conciencia pública en torno a estos temas.
