Am Institut für Informations-, Telekommunikations- und Medienrecht,
Zivilrechtliche Abteilung ist ab dem 1. April 2020 eine Stelle als

wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Entgeltgruppe 13 TV-L

mit der Hälfte der regelmäßigen Arbeitszeit zu besetzen. Die regelmäßige Arbeitszeit beträgt zurzeit 39 Stunden 50 Minuten wöchentlich. Die Stelle ist auf drei Jahre befristet. Mit dieser Stelle ist die Durchführung eines Promotionsverfahrens verbunden.

Broadband delays:
KentuckyWired, an ambitious plan to bring broadband services to
underserved, rural parts of the state, is about two years behind schedule, the
Courier Journal reports. As a result, the promise of new high-tech jobs has
not materialized. About 405,000 residents of Kentucky have no access to wired
broadband.
