Ante la limitación del acceso a la atención odontológica especializada a nivel nacional, integrantes de este centro de salud de la Facultad de Odontología -específicamente las y los patólogos orales- se han puesto a disposición de sus colegas y médicos que reciben atenciones de urgencia en el sistema de salud, a fin de colaborar con los diagnósticos de sus pacientes; todo de manera remota.
La médica y magíster en Salud Pública de la U. de Chile, quien hoy encabeza la unidad para pacientes psiquiátricos con COVID-19 en el Hospital de Karolinska, en Suecia, plantea la necesidad de implementar medidas preventivas en salud mental, enfocadas no sólo en estos pacientes, sino que en toda la población.
El documento, preparado por un equipo interdisciplinario de la Casa de Bello, presenta principios, medidas y los grupos de personas que son focos específicos para su implementación, planteando el componente psicosocial como uno de los ejes transversales prioritarios para un abordaje efectivo de la crisis sanitaria y la disminución de sus consecuencias a corto, mediano y largo plazo.

Em 18 de março de 2016, o NPJ protocolou memorial de amicus curiae na ADI nº 4.905, em representação judicial à Associação Comercial do Rio de Janeiro (ACRJ). Das Geld geht zu 100 Prozent an die Bedürftigen“, erklärt sie. „Wir konnten schon einigen helfen, doch wird weitere Unterstützung gebraucht. Das merken wir täglich: Uns erreichen viele Anfragen, wie etwa die nach einem Ersatz für die kostenlosen Mittagessen für Schulkinder. Daran arbeiten wir gerade.“
