El Centro de Internet y Sociedad de la Universidad del Rosario (ISUR) es un espacio interdisciplinario de investigación y formación que trabaja con perspectiva de interés público y derechos humanos en problemáticas relacionadas con los desafíos sociales que plantean los cambios tecnológicos. ISUR busca generar mayor conocimiento sobre internet y mejores prácticas por parte de empresas y Estados, que promuevan el respeto de los derechos humanos, el empoderamiento tecnológico y la democratización del conocimiento y la información en Colombia y en Latinoamérica.
