Introduction

Dans le cadre d’une journée de réflexion organisée par le Centre québécois du droit de l’environnement (CQDE) et le Centre de recherche en droit public (CRDP), se sont rencontré.es Lara Khoury, Sébastien Jodoin, Géraud de Lassus Saint-Geniès, Corinne Gendron, Hugo Tremblay et Miriam Cohen, par discuter, avec une vingtaine de spécialistes du droit de l’environnement, des enjeux relatifs à l’imputabilité gouvernementale et des entreprises, ainsi que de l’évolution du droit constitutionnel face aux urgences climatiques.

Nous avons le plaisir de vous présenter le colloque international « Opérationnaliser la décroissance : comment le droit peut-il clarifier les incertitudes et atténuer les contradictions ? ». Il vise à poursuivre des échanges organisés par l’Université de Montréal et l’Université du Luxembourg lors des journées d’étude des 9 et 10 octobre 2024 intitulées « La contribution du droit à l’instauration d’un monde décroissant ».
