Dans le cadre de ce collectif, et préalablement dans le cadre du cycle des Midis-conférences des jeunes chercheurs organisé par le Centre de Recherche en Droit Public, les contributions ont tenté de réfléchir sur la thématique transversale de la justice. Ainsi, sous le titre de « La justice dans tous ses états », ce collectif se propose de questionner et d’envisager au regard de différentes approches d’une part, l’état de la justice et, d’autre part, les éventuelles ajustements nécessaires pour son effectivité.

Nastassja Kreft explored this question in her master's thesis. She examined film festivals that have presented their programmes on digital streaming platforms since 2020.

薛教授担任数字经济的司法保障论坛的评议人，对7位发言人的演讲内容进行点评。发言提出数据、平台与算法三要素的观点，是新时期数字经济对政治经济学的新解释。对互联网借贷问题的研究，反映了防范金融系统性风险与面向弱势群体的积极能动司法理念。对照民法典研究个人信息保护法律，证明法律制度与规则之间的衔接与协调对司法实践非常重要。重新审视数据权属，必须破除传统所有权的桎梏，重构数据利用与保护的关系。公共数据与企业数据存在交叉与重合，如有部分不在共有领域，则其利用必受限制。反不正当竞争法的互联网专条经司法解释，部分得以明确，但是尚在实践应用问题，典型案例说明适用一般条款仍然普遍。

The International Communication Association (ICA) membership selected three DMRC researchers as officers in its 2021 election.
They include Drs Elija Cassidy and T.J. Thomson, both senior lecturers in the School of Communication and chief investigators in the DMRC, and Godwin Simon, a PhD candidate in the Centre.

The 2021 Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI) has officially launched. In its 8th edition, the GTCI is an annual benchmarking tool ranking countries and major cities on their ability to develop, attract and retain talent. Developed by INSEAD in partnership with Portulans Institute and Accenture, the report provides a tool for governments, cities, businesses and not-for-profit organizations to help design their talent strategies, overcome talent mismatches and be competitive in the global marketplace.
