Le 26 février 2020, le Conseil fédéral a pris acte des résultats de la consultation et a adopté le message relatif à la modification du Code de procédure civile (Amélioration de la praticabilité et de l’application du droit). Cette révision prévoit notamment la possibilité pour les tribunaux de procéder à des actes de procédure oraux en recourant à des moyens électroniques de transmission du son et de l’image. This research was conducted as part of the Masarouna project, a five-year program that mobilizes young people in the Middle East and North Africa to claim their sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). Researchers and policy analysts at SMEX explored SRHR within the scope of digital rights in the West Asia and North Africa (WANA) region. They analyzed SRHR-related content moderation policies and practices on social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube and provided recommendations based on these findings.

Stress, Alkohol, Nikotin und starkes Übergewicht sind häufig Auslöser für krankhafte Veränderungen der Schleimhaut in diesem Gebiet, an deren Ende nicht selten Speiseröhrenkrebs steht.
