Open Data Day 2025 – Mini-Grants Open Call

The Open Knowledge Foundation (OKFN) is excited to announce the launch of the Open Data Day 2025 Mini-Grants Application to support organisations hosting open data events and activities across the world.

This year we are running two separate calls to reflect the different interests in our community. The first call is for the general community, and the second is specifically for activities in French-speaking countries in Africa. See details below:

Girls’Day und Boys’Day an der Uni Würzburg

Seinen Namen auf die Spitze einer Stecknadel schreiben, live bei einer Sprachtherapie dabei sein oder in einem Flugsimulator abheben – das und vieles mehr ist möglich am Donnerstag, den 3. April 2025, beim Girls’- bzw. Boys’Day an der Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg (JMU). Dazu eingeladen sind Schülerinnen und Schüler.
In kleinen Gruppen verbringen die jungen Gäste den Tag an der Uni und werden dabei von Lehrenden und Studierenden betreut. Erstmals in diesem Jahr gibt es auch ein Angebot zum Boys’Day aus den Humanwissenschaften. Hier eine Übersicht der Mitmachaktionen:
