Libellenfarbe verändert sich im Jahreslauf

Forschende der Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg (JMU) haben in einer neuen Studie herausgefunden, dass die Farbe von Libellengemeinschaften auf jahreszeitliche Schwankungen der Sonneneinstrahlung reagiert. Im Frühjahr und im Herbst fliegen eher Libellen mit dunkleren Farbnuancen, die im Sommer auftretenden Exemplare sind eher heller gefärbt. Die Ergebnisse der Studie wurden nun im Fachjournal Nature Communications veröffentlicht.

2023年12月16日,北京大学电子商务法研究中心“《电子商务法》实施五周年:回顾与展望”年会在北京中奥马哥孛罗大酒店召开,政产学研各界嘉宾出席会议,共同就平台责任新视域、平台知识产权保护、互联网竞争政策、跨境电商合规发展、直播电商合规运营、电子商务领域消费者保护等法律问题进行了深入探讨,并对电子商务的未来发展提出了展望。

薛虹教授在“平台知识产权保护的理论与实践问题”主题发表了长篇主旨演讲,全面回顾了《电子商务法》中的平台知识产权条款5年来的实施情况。薛教授的演讲记录如下。

难以想象现在已经进入21世纪的20年代中期了,时间飞逝。这个题目,我觉得是非常有意义有价值的。我们回顾一下《电商法》里面有一个关于平台知识产权的条款。当然它是在我们整个中国知识产权法律体系当中的,它对我们知识产权起了一个补充性的作用,因为它不是要取代知识产权法中的任何一个条文,而是专门针对电子商务平台增加了法律机制。我先说说我的三点结论。我第一个结论是经过5年的实践,我们这个平台知识产权的条款是经历了检验。沧海横流大浪淘沙。证明我们这个机制还是基本上是有效可行的。第二个结论当然是我的个人观点,它是根植于电商平台治理的一个有生命力的机制,这是一种有机的法律机制,生机勃勃,自身有生命力的,它在生长。
