Chercheuse collaboratrice au CRDP, Michèle Stanton-Jean est une historienne et grande intellectuelle qui a contribué à l’avancement d’importants dossiers sociaux au Québec, au Canada et à l’international.

A complexidade desses fenômenos exige uma nova abordagem, especialmente à luz da crescente importância das interações digitais em moldar o destino das sociedades.

为加强国际交流合作，深化对数字贸易法律领域的理解，北京师范大学全球发展战略合作伙伴项目于2024年5月28日晚成功主办主题为“从文件到数据：联合国国际贸易法委员会关于数字贸易的工作”的国际专家讲座，作为系列专家讲座的第七讲。由联合国国际贸易法委员会（UNCITRAL）资深法律官员Luca Castellani博士主讲，北京师范大学法学院薛虹教授担任主持人与点评嘉宾。讲座前，法学院梁迎修院长亲切接见来访的专家，并就进一步合作进行了深入的讨论。

在讲座中，Luca Castellani博士深入解析了当前数字贸易法律领域的发展动态和挑战。他首先介绍了UNCITRAL在电子可转让记录、电子身份管理和信任服务的使用与跨境认可等方面的最新研究成果，这些成果为全球数字贸易的规范和发展提供了重要的法律支持。此外，Luca Castellani博士还分享了自己在数字贸易国际规则谈判领域的丰富经验和见解。他强调，随着数字技术的飞速发展，数字贸易已经成为全球贸易的重要趋势，法律界需要积极应对这一变革，不断更新法律知识与技能。

Das XPD-Protein ist ein zentraler Baustein unseres körpereigenen „DNA-Reparaturteams“, der sogenannten Nukleotid-Exzisions-Reparatur (NER). Wie ein Suchhund legt die NER markierte Schadstellen frei, spürt beschädigte DNA auf und rekrutiert andere Reparaturproteine, um die defekten Abschnitte auszuschneiden und zu ersetzen. Bei gesunden Menschen verhindert XPD zum Beispiel die Entstehung von Hautkrebs, indem es durch UV-Strahlung geschädigte DNA erkennt und repariert.
