Esta semana se cumplió otro hito relevante: la aprobación, en general, de la primera norma constitucional en la Comisión de Medio Ambiente, que se refiere al derecho a la atmósfera. Las distintas comisiones ya comenzaron a deliberar y votar. La Comisión de Formas de Estado también aprobó normas que buscan consagrar un nuevo modelo de Estado, basado en las regiones, la plurinacionalidad, la paridad de género y la interculturalidad.
