In regelmäßigen Abständen kommen bei einem Sprint Review die Forschenden zusammen und geben Einblicke in den aktuellen Stand des jeweiligen Konsortialprojekts. Andreas Wenninger ist einer von drei bidt-Forschungskoordinatoren und bei interdisziplinären Vernetzungsveranstaltungen ganz besonders gefragt. „Durch das Sprint Review bekommen wir ein viel besseres Bild: Wo stehen die Projekte?

Zu diesen Ergebnissen kommt eine neue Studie am Institut Mensch-Computer-Medien der Universität Würzburg. „Einige Menschen schenken Fake News Glauben, selbst wenn die wissenschaftlichen Fakten eindeutig dagegen sprechen“, sagt der Psychologe Jan Philipp Rudloff. „Wir wollten wissen, warum das so ist und welche Rolle dabei Vorstellungen über das Wesen von Wissen und Fakten spielen.“

The pandemic quickened the already increasing pace of adoption for technologies and digital solutions across many areas, including accelerated digital transformation efforts by many governments. Digital technology has the ability to fundamentally transform the way the public sector operates and delivers services to its constituents. However, a strategic approach to digital transformation in government is crucial, as digital capabilities can enable resilience and improved capacity.
