Andreas Baur researches the Politics of the Cloud in Tübingen and Amsterdam. The political scientist is convinced: Regulation that disregards technology will not work. In the interview, Mr. Baur reveals how political concepts are embedded in technology and why initiatives like Gaia-X represent a new form of international technopolitics.
