On Monday 17th, I got myself ready for some pleasant Zoom fatigue. At 9.30 am CET (2.30 pm in India) I joined three hours and half roundtable on feminist and intersecionalist perspectives on platformization. During five high-quality presentations, I learned about the increasing permeation of platformization in India’s informal economy, care work, and more.

Weltweit sterben jedes Jahr mindestens 1,27 Millionen Menschen an einer Infektion mit Bakterien, die gegen die gängigen Antibiotika resistent sind. Im Dezember 2017 beschloss der Europäische Rat, neue Netzwerke europäischer Hochschulen zu initiieren, die die internationale Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Hochschulen verbessern und das Gefühl einer europäischen Zugehörigkeit stärken sollen. Ein Ergebnis dieser Initiative ist die „CHARM European Universities“-Allianz (CHARM-EU), die im Januar 2019 ins Leben gerufen wurde.
