For many years we have produced a series of blog posts as a Rough Guide to each upcoming IETF meeting usually in the week prior to the meeting. The Rough Guides were intended to provide a snapshot of IETF activity of interest to the Internet Society because of programmatic activity that we were engaged in. They were also an opportunity to highlight the activities sponsored directly by the Internet Society that were happening adjacent to the upcoming IETF meeting.

En abril de 2018, Matías Marín, estudiante de Periodismo del Instituto de la Comunicación e Imagen (ICEI), se realizó el test rápido de VIH en el marco de la campaña de prevención del virus liderada por el Hospital Clínico de la U. de Chile en Casa Central. Ese primer resultado positivo fue confirmado un mes después por el Instituto de Salud Pública. Hoy, Matías lidera el Círculo de Estudiantes Viviendo con VIH, el que ya suma 30 miembros, y avanza en diversas estrategias de prevención entre la población joven y acompañamiento a los estudiantes seropositivos.
