Wie man solche Prozesse beschleunigt, haben sich Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Controlling und Interne Unternehmensrechnung der Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg (JMU) gefragt. In dem konkreten Fall ging es um das Schreiben von Entlassungsbriefen in Krankenhäusern.
