Un equipo del Instituto de Estudios Avanzados en Educación (IE) y del CIAE, busca desarrollar un método automático que analice discursos docentes, usando algoritmos y una aplicación de reconocimiento de texto. El paper, que forma parte de esta investigación, fue reconocido como el mejor de la décima Conferencia Internacional Mis4TEL.Hace al menos 5 años que un equipo de investigadores del CIAE, que hoy pertenece al Instituto de Estudios Avanzados en Educación de la U. de Chile, está trabajando en esto.

This past spring, while the pandemic was worsening around us and the first shelter in place orders went into effect, I began an exploratory research project with  then graduate student researcher (now Stanford Ph.D graduate) Andreas Katsanevas and a team of fantastic undergraduates: Claudia Bobadilla, Nivedha Kelley Soundappan, Emilia Porubcin (all from Stanford), and Morgan Livingston (U.C.
