Nous avons le plaisir de vous présenter le rapport LCCJTI+ : perspectives de mise à jour de la Loi concernant le cadre juridique des technologies de l’information (RLRQ c C-1.1) 2001 – 2023, rédigé par les professeurs Vincent Gautrais, Pierre Trudel et Nicolas Vermeys. Cette étude a été réalisée à la suite d’un mandat confié aux auteurs par le ministère de la Justice du Québec en mars 2023.

C’est avec tristesse que les membres du CRDP ont appris le décès de l’honorable juge René Hurtubise. Ami et allié du Centre et de ses chercheurs, le juge Hurtubise a été nommé président du Conseil de direction du CRDP en mai 1981.
Son décès est survenu le 31 janvier 2024. Il était âgé de 90 ans (1933-2024).
