Debido a la rápida propagación del virus COVID-19 en nuestro país, y en línea con las medidas anunciadas por las autoridades -entre ellas la prohibición de realizar eventos de alta convocatoria- el Centro de Extensión Artística y Cultural de la Universidad de Chile (CEAC) confirma la suspensión de todos los conciertos y espectáculos de sus conjuntos, agendados para los meses de marzo y abril de 2020.

El premio, que desde 1996 es entregado por la Corporación de Artistas Proecología de Isla Negra, reconoce a personas destacadas en temas sociales, ecología, cultura, economía y territoriales.
