The International Visual Literacy Association (IVLA), a not-for-profit community of researchers, educators, designers, media specialists, and artists dedicated to the principles of visual literacy, announced on 1 August that Drs TJ Thomson and Shehab Uddin are recipients of its 2022 research grant award.

Schon lange werden bestimmte pflanzliche Extrakte und Naturstoffe als immunstärkend oder sogar heilungsfördernd bei verschiedenen Erkrankungen angesehen. Dazu zählen auch Erkrankungen durch Viren.
Aber wie lassen sich solche Zusammenhänge untersuchen? Wie kann man mit möglichst geringem Aufwand geeignete Wirkstoffkandidaten für weiterführende Tests identifizieren?

Regulation with a tall order

Gegenwärtige Entwicklungen zu antisemitischen Vorfällen und Übergriffen, die durch aktuelle Studien empirisch belegt sind, fordern die humanwissenschaftlichen Disziplinen ebenso heraus wie die zum Lehramt qualifizierenden Studiengänge.
Im Rahmen von ZABUS sollen Lehramtsstudierende daher in vielfältigen und interdisziplinären Zugängen zum persönlichen, pädagogischen und didaktischen Umgang mit der Thematik ausgebildet werden.
