Home of the UK’s first Masters in Information Technology since 1991, the Strathclyde Centre for Internet Law & Policy has a global brand for excellence in, especially, telecoms law, e-commerce, online privacy law and Internet governance. We have a special commitment to interdisciplinary work, and engage not just with lawyers and legal institutions but also the worlds of technology, politics, economics, criminology and sociology. We have a special interest in human rights online and digital rights and civil society. As well as our well-known LLM in Internet Law and Policy, we welcome applications for PhD studies to join our growing research community.
