The University of Klagenfurt took part in the education fair hosted by Audi Hungaria Deutsche Schule Győr in Hungary on 19 October 2026. With 38 exhibitors from Hungary and abroad, the event gave pupils and their parents the opportunity to explore educational pathways, degree programmes and future career prospects. The University of Klagenfurt welcomed the opportunity to showcase its range of degree programmes and engage with prospective students.

The number of students from Hungary choosing to study at the University of Klagenfurt continues to grow, with nearly 100 students from Hungary currently enrolled. The university has also enjoyed an excellent partnership with Audi Hungaria Deutsche Schule Győr for the past two years, facilitating school visits and participation in the annual education fair. The university’s two presentations, delivered in German and English, attracted considerable interest and gave prospective students valuable insights into studying in Klagenfurt. Many visitors also took the opportunity to speak directly with university representatives at the exhibition stand. Interest was particularly strong in the university’s Bachelor’s degree programmes, especially Business Administration, Psychology, International Business and Economics, Media and Communication Studies, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Media, Culture, and Communication.
Teachers and administrators attending the fair confirmed the University’s growing appeal among pupils in Győr. They highlighted its excellent reputation and the strong interest among their pupils in pursuing a degree in Klagenfurt. This positive reception was also reflected in the university’s prominent position in the exhibition hall, which ensured excellent visibility throughout the event.
