VHBProfessor Heiko Breitsohl represented the OBHRM Research Group at this year’s workshop of the Scientific Commission Human Resource Management within the Association of University Professors of Business Administration (Verband der Hochschullehrerinnen und Hochschullehrer für Betriebswirtschaft e.V.), which took place in Bolzano from September 16 to 18, 2026. The fall workshop is an annual highlight for academic exchange within the German-speaking human resources management research community.

As part of the main program, Heiko Breitsohl delivered a presentation titled “Structural Equation Models for Experimental Designs: An Overview for Applied Research.” He also served as a guest speaker at the workshop for doctoral students as well as at the workshop for habilitation candidates and postdocs.
