New perspectives, exciting career paths, and opportunities to connect during Postdoc Appreciation Week 2026: Five days dedicated to Austria’s postdoc community – with events also taking place at the University of Klagenfurt.

The Postdoc Appreciation Week (PAW) will take place from September 21 to September 25, 2026. Sixteen Austrian universities and research institutions are participating in the event, including the University of Klagenfurt. A diverse programme of events across Austria, featuring numerous online and on-site formats, offers postdocs the opportunity to gain new insights, explore career and professional development topics, and connect with peers across institutions.
The University of Klagenfurt will host two events: Scientific Writing Made Easy and Expert Talk: Career Paths.
