Spring 2020 Outbound Exchange Program Registration

**Remarks:**
1.      Please submit all documents together at our office during Mon. – Fri. (08.00 a.m. – 05.00 p.m) so that we can check immediately if you can apply for the exchange program.
2.      The deadline for documents submission is 7 August, 2019

Required Documents
The required documents for outbound exchange program registration are as follows.

  1. Online application (in Google form)
  2. Latest academic transcript
  3. A copy of passport which won’t expire before the exchange program ends.
  4. 500 words statement of purpose
  5. 2 recommendation letters from your advisor/instructor in the faculty. You can download its form 
  6. The courses which you would like to transfer to Chulalongkorn’s courses (Course Equivalency). You can use the attached form in this Email.
  • Soft copy = Please send it to this Email with the subject [CU 60 Outbound Doc] Your name **Don’t change the orientation or format of this form. Keep it be landscape and in .docx (Word) file**
  • Hard copy = Please submit it along with other documents at our office

      7. One of the highest score of language proficiency test which is not late than 2 years since the test date. It can be:

  • IELTS: 6.5 Overall band
  • TOEFL ibt: 7.9
  • JLPT/CEFR
  • TOEIC (For this score, the student must submit an evidence from the university you wish to exchange that they need it)
  • Other documents required by the faculty or university

Candidate Requirements

  1. Second year students in the Faculty of Communication Arts
  2. Completed at least 30 credits
  3. GPAX of 2.75 or higher
