The 4th Alps-Adriatic Inverse Problems Workshop took place at the Department of Mathematics of the Alpen-Adria-Universitaet Klagenfurt during October 2-3, 2025, with 36 participants, 22 contributed talks and two invited lectures, held by Tatiana Bubba, University of Ferrara and Vincent Duval, INRIA.

The aim of this workshop series is to gather scientists working on the theory and applications of inverse problems in academia and industry, in order to present their research, exchange ideas, and start new collaborations. Scientists at an early stage of the career (PhD students, postdocs) were particularly encouraged to participate, and indeed, we had many excellent talks by early carreer researchers.
