Farah Ghanem
Farah Ghanem is a business and leadership coach, management expert, and founder of CNSLT Lab, a human-centered consulting firm reimagining learning and leadership through emotional intelligence and gamified experiences. She’s also the founder of Karakna.lb, the first Karak Chai Shop in Lebanon, and a creative coffee concept built on connection, community, and purpose.
Over the decade, Farah has trained over 35,000 youths, entrepreneurs, and professionals across the world, helping them unlock their potential through self-awareness, empathy, and authentic leadership. Her work bridges strategy with empathy, helping people and organizations lead with self-awareness, authenticity, and emotional intelligence in an era dominated by AI.
Wadih Mahfoud
Wadih Mahfoud is a Social Architect and the founder of Artickle, whose professional practice has taken shape amid significant social, economic, and political challenges in Akkar and North Lebanon.
Throughout this journey, Wadih has collaborated with numerous institutions and communities, including Notre Dame University (NDU), Lebanese American University (LAU), University of Balamand (UOB), Lebanese International University (LIU), Rethinking the Future Architectural Magazine (RTF), ITO, Key of Life, Asfari Foundation, MakeSense, GloCo, and UNDP Lebanon.
Wadih’s work has been recognized through multiple honors and features, including being named Innovator of the Year by UNDP Lebanon in 2023, being featured locally at NDU through a published article and in-class event (2023), receiving global mentions and features in OEW and GloCo (2024), and being honored at the “Sip of Success” event at the University of Balamand in 2024.
Salman Halawi
Salman Halawi is an award-winning strategist, program manager, and author, serving as the Innovation Program Manager at the Exponential Science Foundation as well as a Youth Advisory Board Member to UNDP Lebanon.
His work spans innovation programs, entrepreneurship initiatives, and public speaking engagements that have supported and engaged 10,000+ young people across the MENA region and beyond. He has collaborated with organizations including UNDP Lebanon, INCO, INJAZ, SE Factory, and Minassa, among others, across initiatives in the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation.
He is the author of the Entrepreneurship Glossary and has featured as an expert contributor to international research initiatives such as Metaverse and The Future of the Arab Region by UN ESCWA and the Metaverse Delphi Study by the Copenhagen Institute for Future Studies.
His work sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and ecosystem development, with a particular focus on empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs in the MENA region.
Mokhtar Itani
Moukhtar Itani is a hybrid builder operating at the intersection of digital innovation and community impact. He is the Founder of Apex Solutions, which he runs as a “cloud-kitchen for development,” managing complex technology stacks for software companies so they can focus on growth.
He also manages DeepSleep, a luxury comfort brand, extending his work from digital products into physical manufacturing. As a Product Manager, entrepreneur, and freelance web developer, Moukhtar has led diverse projects from concept to delivery, including platforms such as Einvite.me and Matjary.ai.
His experience spans WordPress development, digital product management, and client relations, complemented by high-level strategy work as a UNDP Advisory Board member. With a strong background in community management and a passion for empowering freelancers, he focuses on project management, client communication, and secure payment strategies in markets lacking freelancer protections. Across all his ventures, Moukhtar specializes in turning “dead” time and resources into functional ecosystems, through code, operations, or manufacturing.
Samer Bou Ghader
Samer is a Strategic Project Accelerator who bridges the gap between creative vision and effective execution. He combines expertise in business operations, project management methodologies, and advanced knowledge of generative AI, large language models, and automation to help founders move from ideas to real, scalable outcomes.
He partners with solopreneurs, startups, and business owners to clarify objectives, design actionable strategies, and implement systems that accelerate progress. With a hands-on approach, Samer specializes in transforming concepts into structured plans, streamlining workflows, and integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency and performance.
With a background spanning engineering, marketing, IT, and project management, Samer founded Project Accelerator after working closely with freelancers and small businesses who needed guidance, structure, and accountability to reach their goals. His expertise lies in creating clear action plans, optimizing processes, and providing tailored operational support.
Samer is passionate about continuous learning and empowering others to succeed. He brings a collaborative, strategic mindset to every project, helping clients unlock momentum and deliver high-standard results faster.
