Earlier this week, Portulans Institute welcomed its 2023-2024 cohort of Fellows. Our Fellows are graduate students and young professionals who work on novel research related to human capital, technology, and innovation policies over the course of their 12 month Fellowship. Through their work they develop cross-community knowledge and dialogue on how people, technology, and innovation contribute to sustainable and inclusive growth.
