The judge orders the mental assessment for the person who drove into the property of the actress
Against a man from Mississippi, criminal charges were raised.
Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, 48, from New Albany, Mississippi, looks like a count of crime and vandalism of crimes, together with an improvement, which is said to be a risk of great body damage. This alleged harassment culminated on May 5, when Carwyle drove his vehicle through the entrance gate of the property at 12:20 p.m. and caused extensive damage. A private security officer caught him before the LAPD officials arrived on site and took him into custody.
If Carwyle is convicted, he could serve in the state prison for up to three years.
