Hirnvenenthrombosen sind eine seltene Form von Hirndurchblutungsstörungen, die im Gegensatz zum klassischen Schlaganfall häufiger auch jüngere Menschen betrifft. Aus weitgehend ungeklärter Ursache entstehen Blutgerinnsel (Thromben) in Hirnvenen, behindern den Blutabfluss und führen so zur Schädigung des Hirngewebes.

EGIGFA’s Lavish Mawuena Mensah awarded DiploFoundation Scholarship

The E-Governance and Internet Governance Foundation for Africa (EGIGFA) is excited to announce that Lavish Mawuena Mensah has been awarded a scholarship by DiploFoundation (Internet Governance Capacity Building) to pursue eight week online course on Introduction to Internet Governance. The scholarship covers full tuition cost and is awarded to an outstanding Fellow of the Ghana School on Internet Governance (GhanaSIG).

This kind gesture is based on an agreement between EGIGFA and DiploFoundation.

The EGIGFA team is happy to announce that Kenneth Adu-Amanfoh joins the EGIGFA Advisory Board. Ken is the first Ghanaian to be appointed to the board, which is made up of people from across the globe. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Africa Cybersecurity & Digital Rights Organization (ACDRO). He is an ICT and Cybersecurity expert with over 20 years’ experience. We are happy to have him join our team.
