The ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making and Society (ADM+S) annual symposium is now open for registrations. The ADM+S will share their latest findings and map out future agendas for research on AI and automation in news, media and entertainment.
The symposium will be hosted at the University of Sydney Law School, Camperdown, NSW from 13 to 14 July with the option to join virtually.

Mit dem Lektüre-Seminar „Computer Power and Human Reason von Joseph Weizenbaum“ am 13. April 2023, geleitet von Weizenbaum-Direktor Christoph Neuberger und Christian Strippel, dem Leiter des WI-Methodenlabs, wurde das Programm erfolgreich gestartet.

Grundlage der Meldung war eine satellitengestützte Auswertung des Deutschen Zentrums für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR): Demnach wurden von Januar 2018 bis April 2021 in Deutschland 501.000 Hektar Baumbestand zerstört – erheblich mehr als bislang gedacht. Em parceria com a agência de notícias Intercept Brasil, buscamos informações sobre o caso para analisar a contratação à luz do ordenamento jurídico brasileiro.
